LODGING POLICIES:
Bull Creek RV is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods, special requests, and unprecedented times.
Camping is an outdoor experience and accordingly we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature. Missouri is known for differentiation in weather. As such, we will do our best to help you enjoy your stay but will not refund due to changes in the weather
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call or text office to make arrangements. If wanting to arrive early, you can pay an early check in fee ($10) and arrive as early as 1:00pm.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Flood Plain Info
Bull Creek RV Park is located on beautiful Bull Creek. Bull Creek is a beautiful spring-fed creek that establishes our west border and empties into Lake Taneycomo. In certain situations the creek will flood when heavy rain is in the area. We will error on the side of caution when the creek floods and ask all guests to evacuate the park. We will never charge our guests for nights that the park is flooded or when we can not accommodate guests due to weather. A CREDIT will be sent as a gift certificate to the customer through email for the days not at the park. A refund will NOT be given to the customer back on their card. We appologize for the Inconvenience this may cause. Normally within 12-24 hours, the creek has recieded and the park can be opened again. We will take all precautions necessary to ensure the safety of the guests.
Cancellations and date change: There will be a $50 cancellation fee if booking is cancelled between 7-14 days prior to arrival. A $75 cancellation fee will be added if cancellation is between 3-7 days prior. 3 days prior to your reservation, a $100 fee will be added. Holiday weekends are subject to be a different cancellation fee, depending on date of cancellation. Bull Creek RV Park is flexible with date changes. But we can not guarantee the dates you need, nor adding a day.
NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation, within resonable time, will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’. ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies. We will not refund for a cancellation.
Longterm: Monthly payments are due on the date provided. If late by 5 days or more, $75 fine will be added on weekly. If failure to pay continues, Bull Creek RV Park has the right to unhook your RV and add a tounge lock until paid. We have the right to decide what to do with your RV after a period of not paying. As of January 1, 2023, Bull Creek RV Park Long terms will be paying first months rent and a deposit. A refund for the deposit will be sent back to the guest after checkout.
There is a $25 pet fee per dog. By not adding a pet into the reservation and bringing one, we will add and charge the fee to your account upon seeing the pet in your site. We love pets and they are welcome in the park. We would like to remind you to pick up after your pet and not let your pet destroy (i.e dig) in the park.
